Mr. Edward Flanigan, an investor from Seattle, Washington State, USA, has been in the real estate industry for over 35 years. During his visit, Mr. Flaningan, through his Keller Williams worldwide network—the largest real estate organization in the world by agent count—connected with several key Cambodian figures, including H.E. Dr. Om Seng Bora, President of CEO Institute and CEO Master Club, including Mr. Chandara Leng and Ms. Tang Hour. During his visit in Cambodia, Mr. Flaningan also had a meeting which was centered around strengthening cooperation between Cambodia and the United States of America and exploring Cambodia’s rapidly growing economy.

Accompanying him was Mr. Tom Hix, a seasoned real estate developer and investor from Copperopolis, California, with over 45 years of experience in hotels, apartments, and large-scale development projects. This was Mr. Hix’s first visit to Cambodia, and he shared his admiration for the Cambodian people’s friendliness and welcoming nature. Both investors noted that Cambodia’s new airport was “impressive, modern, and among the best they had seen worldwide.”
