Cambodia Must Be Strong: Strengthening Business Capacity in the Media and Communication Sector
Tuesday, 5 May 2026
In every generation, a nation rises not only because of its resources, but because of the strength, vision, and courage of its people. Cambodia today stands at a powerful moment of opportunity—a moment that calls on entrepreneurs, business leaders, young professionals, and small business owners to become stronger, smarter, and more united than ever before.
During the campaign “Cambodia Must Be Strong: Strengthening Business Capacity in the Media and Communication Sector,” His Excellency Chum Kosal, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Information and High Representative of His Excellency Neth Pheaktra, Minister of Information, shared an important message of wisdom, unity, and national responsibility.
His Excellency reminded us not to build society through the politics of revenge or resentment, expressed in the old saying: “When the water rises, the fish eat the ants; when the water falls, the ants eat the fish.” This message carries a deep lesson for leaders and business owners: true progress is not built by waiting for others to fail. True progress is built by growing together, learning together, and creating value together.
He also emphasized that everyone present is a powerful “brain bank” and a strong force for the nation. This statement is not only a compliment; it is a call to action. Every Cambodian entrepreneur, every small business owner, every young leader, and every professional carries within them the ability to contribute to the future of the country.
Today’s young generation is full of ability, creativity, energy, and potential. But potential alone is not enough. To turn potential into success, we must strengthen our mindset, sharpen our business knowledge, improve our leadership skills, and build strong networks with people who are moving in the same direction.
This is why the role of CEO Master Club of CEO Institute is so important.
CEO Master Club is more than a membership community. It is a place where business owners can grow their confidence, expand their vision, improve their management skills, and learn how to lead their businesses with greater strategy and professionalism. It is a platform for Cambodian entrepreneurs who do not want to remain small forever, but who are ready to think bigger, act stronger, and build businesses that can compete in the modern economy.
For many small business owners, the biggest challenge is not a lack of effort. They work hard every day. They sacrifice their time, energy, and comfort. But hard work without direction can become exhausting. A business without strategy can become unstable. A leader without continuous learning can become stuck.
To become stronger, we must keep learning. To grow our businesses, we must improve ourselves first.
Cambodia needs strong business owners. Cambodia needs leaders who understand marketing, branding, finance, customer service, digital media, communication, leadership, and long-term planning. Cambodia needs entrepreneurs who are not afraid to learn, not afraid to change, and not afraid to rise.
The message is clear: we must strengthen our strength.
We must build stronger businesses, stronger leadership, stronger communication, stronger cooperation, and stronger national confidence. When Cambodian entrepreneurs become stronger, families become stronger. When families become stronger, communities become stronger. When communities become stronger, Cambodia becomes stronger.
CEO Master Club of CEO Institute invites small business owners, entrepreneurs, and future leaders in Cambodia to take the next step in their growth journey. Do not wait until your business faces difficulty before you start learning. Do not wait until opportunities disappear before you prepare yourself. The best time to grow is now.
Your business is not just a shop, a service, or a company. It is your dream. It is your responsibility. It is your contribution to Cambodia’s future.
Cambodia must be strong. Cambodian business owners must be strong. And that strength begins with learning, leadership, and the courage to grow.
