Phnom Penh, Cambodia — On the afternoon of Thursday, 30 July 2026, H.E. SO Sereyvathna, Chief Executive Officer of CEO Institute, participated in a high-level seminar on "Leadership and Mental Well-Being in the Workplace," held at the Ministry of Commerce under the distinguished presidency of H.E. Tekreth Kamrang, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce.


The seminar brought together a remarkable gathering of senior government leaders and officials, including Secretaries of State, Undersecretaries of State, Directors General, Deputy Directors General, Directors and Deputy Directors of Departments and Institutes, Chiefs and Deputy Chiefs of Offices, together with a large number of civil servants from across the Ministry of Commerce. The event reflected the Ministry's strong commitment to cultivating a healthier, more resilient, and people-centered public sector.
