From Uncertainty to Outstanding Leadership: A Journey of Growth Through CEO Master Club
At the program entitled “Keys to Enhancing Marital Happiness and the CEO Wonder Power Team Business Networking Gathering,” together with the Leadership Handover Ceremony for the Third Mandate of the CEO Wonder Power Team under CEO Master Club, Mr. Hok Vannak was officially appointed as the Chief Executive for the Third Mandate of the CEO Wonder Power Team. The event was honored by the presence of Dr. Om Sengbora, Founder of CEO Master Club and Chairman of the Central Committee of CEO Power Team, and was held on 8 October 2024 in Poipet City.
On this meaningful occasion, Mr. Hok Vannak shared a heartfelt reflection on the life-changing impact of Dr. Om Sengbora and CEO Master Club.
He recalled that in 2018, he was serving as an executive, yet he lacked a clear leadership direction. At that time, he tried to manage every aspect of the business on his own. Although he was a business owner, he had not yet fully understood what professional business standards truly meant. His perspective was limited, and like many entrepreneurs, he was doing his best with the knowledge he had.
Everything began to change when he became a Lifetime Member of CEO Master Club, under registration number CEO-0623, in 2018.
That decision opened his eyes to a much bigger world.
Through CEO Master Club, he gradually began to transform himself. Step by step, he strengthened his mindset, sharpened his leadership, and built his business with greater clarity and structure. Over time, his business achieved remarkable growth.
Mr. Hok Vannak emphasized that leadership and management are not optional for business success—they are essential. For the past six years, he has continued learning with CEO Master Club and has successfully completed all 12 levels of the Outstanding Chief Executive Program. This long journey of disciplined learning gave him much more than knowledge; it gave him vision, standards, and confidence.
Through this experience, he came to deeply understand how difficult business can be, what kinds of challenges entrepreneurs must face, and how a business should be run in a proper and sustainable way.
He raised an important reflection for all entrepreneurs:
Should a business be run only in a family-style manner?
Should it follow clear systems and proper standards?
Or should it depend merely on luck, emotion, or superstition?

Mr. Hok Vannak also recalled one of the powerful teachings of Dr. Om Sengbora: we must never allow ourselves to remain like a frog in a well. In other words, entrepreneurs must not limit their vision to what they already know. They must continue learning, growing, and opening themselves to broader opportunities, stronger systems, and higher standards.
He further shared another meaningful statement from Dr. Om Sengbora: “Businesspeople are patriots.” This message carries profound value. Entrepreneurs and business owners are not only building their own future; they are also contributing to the development of the nation through creating jobs, strengthening the economy, and fulfilling their responsibility through tax contributions.
As a business owner and entrepreneur himself, Mr. Hok Vannak expressed his strong agreement with this mission and his wholehearted commitment to it.
