Phnom Penh, May 10–11, 2026 — The wedding ceremony between the daughter of His Excellency Chea Vandeth, Minister of Post and Telecommunications, and Mr. Phan Sophanith, son of His Excellency Moeng Makara, Secretary of State at the Office of the Council of Ministers, was held in a highly dignified, solemn, and joyful atmosphere.
