We are truly delighted to witness the transformation taking place in the hearts and minds of young people. Seeing children develop a stronger mindset, a more positive spirit, and greater confidence is not only inspiring for families, but also a meaningful sign of hope for the future of Cambodia.
Through the Outstanding Young Leader Program, held under the theme “Unlocking the Great Potential for Success Within Every Child,” children are being guided to discover the greatness already planted within them. They are learning to believe in themselves, to think with purpose, and to grow with discipline, vision, and patriotism.
This remarkable program is led by Lok Kru Thom, His Excellency Dr. Om Sengbora, Founder of CEO Institute, CEO Master Club, and the Outstanding Young Leader Center. His mission is not only to shape children into young leaders with broad vision and strong moral values, but also to build a generation that will contribute meaningfully to the nation.
Throughout the training, children are empowered to strengthen three essential foundations for lifelong success:

- Higher-level action
