Young Leaders Training Program Inspires Children to Discover Their Potential and Build a Stronger Future
PHNOM PENH, Cambodia — Childhood is a brief but formative chapter of life. The experiences, values, confidence, and skills children develop during these years can influence the way they approach opportunities, challenges, relationships, and leadership throughout their future.
With this belief at the heart of its mission, the “Outstanding Young Leaders” Training Program was successfully held on September 13, 2026, bringing together young participants for an engaging and energetic learning experience designed to encourage personal growth, confidence, responsibility, and leadership.
The training unfolded in a lively and positive atmosphere, with children and young people taking part in activities intended to make learning both meaningful and enjoyable.

The program reflects a growing recognition that preparing young people for the future requires more than academic achievement alone. Children also need opportunities to understand themselves, communicate effectively, develop confidence, strengthen positive habits, take responsibility, and begin discovering the potential they carry within them.
Unlocking the Potential Within Every Child
Following the September 13 program, parents and guardians were also invited to enroll their children in the special training program:
“Unlocking the Inborn Potential for Great Success in Children”
Designed for children and teenagers aged 12 to 17, the program seeks to create an environment in which young participants can explore their strengths, broaden their perspectives, strengthen their personal capabilities, and develop qualities that can support them as future leaders.
Rather than viewing childhood simply as preparation for examinations, the training encourages young people to see learning as preparation for life.
At an age when values, habits, confidence, and aspirations are still being shaped, meaningful guidance can play an important role in helping young people understand where they want to go and the kind of person they hope to become.
