“Building a Strong Cambodia Through Strong Educational Leadership”

Phnom Penh, Cambodia —At a time when Cambodia is accelerating toward regional and global competitiveness, CEO Institute has taken a bold and timely step in shaping the future of education through its Educational Seminar on Capacity Development for Educational Entrepreneurs and Private School Leaders in Cambodia for the Present and the Future.

Organized with free admission, the seminar attracted education leaders, school owners, entrepreneurs, and visionaries from across Cambodia, with growing interest from overseas Cambodian and international business communities. The event served not only as an academic seminar, but as a national call to action for those who believe education is the foundation of sustainable development.

The seminar was honored by the presence of H.E. Peung Kim Chhen, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport; H.E. Heng Vanda, Chairman of the Board of Vanda University; and H.E. Dr. Om Seng Bora, Founder of CEO Institute, alongside other distinguished guests and educational leaders.

In a powerful keynote under the national campaign “Khmer Must Be Strong,” H.E. Peung Kim Chhen emphasized that building strong educational entrepreneurs and private school leaders is a critical pathway toward building a strong Cambodia. He stated that a strong nation comes from strong individuals, strong families, strong teachers, and strong leadership.

He further highlighted Cambodia’s proud historical legacy and explained that sustainable national strength must be built on three pillars: health with an emphasis on prevention, advanced capacity and skill development, and noble conduct grounded in civility, morality, and virtue.

H.E. Dr. OM Sengbora reinforced the importance of unity and capacity development, stating that only through solidarity can Cambodia grow into a civilized and globally respected nation. He concluded with a powerful message:

“Capacity must be greater than goals, and capacity must be greater than problems, for dreams to become reality.”

Beyond the seminar, CEO Institute continues to empower business owners and education leaders through future-oriented programs and the CEO Master Club, a leadership community dedicated to lifelong learning, strategic networking, and sustainable success.

This seminar marked not just an event, but a movement—calling leaders to invest in capacity, character, and unity to shape Cambodia’s future.
