HE. Dr. Om Sengbora

Dr. Om Sengbora is a visionary leader and dedicated educator, renowned for his influential role in advancing Cambodia's development through entrepreneurship and education. He is the founder of the CEO Master Club, established in 2010, where he has coached tens of thousands of business owners and has about 1,800 lifetime members across Cambodia and internationally. His leadership has significantly advanced entrepreneurship, enhancing business practices, and fostering economic growth.

Born and raised in Kampong Thom province, Cambodia, Dr. Sengbora's early experiences in a modest community ignited his lifelong commitment to education and societal improvement. His career is marked by a series of leadership roles in major organizations, including Vision Fund Cambodia, where at the age of 29, he served as CEO. Under his leadership, the institution became a model microfinance institution among 47 countries in the Vision Fund network worldwide and later transitioned to Woori Bank.

Dr. Sengbora's career spans nearly three decades, during which he has held several pivotal positions, including:

• Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Phnom Penh Water Supply Authority, the first public listed company in Cambodia.
• Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee at AEON Specialized Bank from Japan.
• Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee at the Agriculture and Rural Development Bank.
• Former Board of Director of the Cambodian Microfinance Association.
• Former CEO of Vision Fund, now Woori Bank.
• Former Internal Audit Manager at World Vision.
• Former Auditor at Ernst & Young.

Dr. Sengbora has been honored with numerous awards recognizing his leadership and contributions to education and business, including the Best Founder Award, Best Guru Award, Best Educator Award, and a Leadership Award. Currently, Dr. Sengbora is the Founder and President of Life Education, which includes the CEO Institute, CEO Master Club, and Learn Online Cambodia. He also serves as an advisory board member of the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce, President of the Phnom Penh Young Entrepreneurs Section, and is an advisor to the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training.
