Mr. Sophea Say

Mr. Sophea Say holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Trade and Economics, which he completed in 2009 in Beijing, China. Since 2014, he has accumulated extensive experience in the field of career development, including training, guidance, dispatch, and management of Cambodian technical interns to Japan. He also served as the Director of Job Bridge International Language Center, where he contributed to building international education and career pathways for Cambodian youth.

In the business sector, Mr. Sophea has been actively involved in Cambodia’s mining industry, including granite and gold mining operations. He currently serves as the Deputy General Director of RONG CHENG INDUSTRIAL INVESTMENT (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD. and is the founder of S&C WORLD TRUST (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD., a company established in 2020 that specializes in beauty products and nutritional supplements.

Since 2022, Mr. Sophea has been a distinguished lecturer at the CEO Institute, where he teaches key courses such as “Exploring the Entire Forest of Each Business Type”, “Business Ideas and Strategies”, and “Business Review and Consultation.” In recognition of his contributions to education, he was awarded the Outstanding Lecturer Award by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport.
