Madam Karen Robinson is an internationally acclaimed business strategist, executive coach, and entrepreneur speaker. A member of the John Maxwell Executive Team, she has spent over 35 years empowering leaders, small business owners, and entrepreneurs worldwide.


Karen is known for her signature message, “Don’t die with your seed 

in your pocket,” inspiring others to live and lead with purpose. She has been married for over 40 years, is the proud mother of two and grandmother of seven, and has traveled monthly to Cambodia for over 15 years, playing a vital role in leadership and business development across the nation.


Through her initiatives, more than 1,000 Cambodians have traveled to the U.S. and over 1,000 Americans have journeyed to Cambodia for leadership exchange experiences.


Karen serves as Advisor and International Liaison for the CEO Master Club, a network of over 50,000 entrepreneurs across Cambodia and Southeast Asia. In this role, she connects global business leaders, investors, and educators to expand cross-cultural opportunities and leadership growth.


She leads several impact-driven organizations, including The i-Journey, Known819 Publishing, Raven’s Hope International, and Solomon’s Porch Women’s Society. Her teaching blends biblical wisdom, business strategy, and practical tools to help people discover purpose, lead with vision, and leave a legacy.
