Ms. Chandeng Soy

Ms. Chandeng Soy is an academic and digital education specialist, specializing in e-learning management, curriculum development, and academic administration. She currently serves as the E-Learning Manager at the CEO Institute, where she designs and implements interactive online courses for the Bachelor's in International Business Management program. 

Previously, she held the position of Academic Manager at the CEO Institute, where she led curriculum coordination, academic quality control, faculty development, and examination systems. She also contributed significantly to executive coordination and institutional development as Chief Secretary of Life Education Co., Ltd.

Ms. Chandeng holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business Management and has completed multiple professional training programs, including the ASEAN Women Entrepreneurs Network's digital transformation TOT, AWE Business Development Program, and leadership training from Ravens Hope. 

Ms. Chandeng is a certified trainer with ASEAN Women Entrepreneur Network and the CEO Institute, recognized for her contributions to empowering women in digital education. She has earned awards such as "Outstanding Lecturer" from the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport, and “Best Young Leader” from the CEO Institute. Her academic focus, commitment to innovation, and cross-sector experience make her a valuable contributor to modern education systems.
