1. Position Overview

The Client Consultant plays a critical role in supporting the growth and expansion of the CEO Master Club of CEO Institute by identifying, recruiting, and maintaining relationships with business owner clients.

The position is responsible for promoting the programs, services, and membership of CEO Master Club to entrepreneurs, executives, and business owners, while ensuring high-quality client engagement and satisfaction.

Through professional consultation and relationship management, this role helps expand the CEO Master Club network, strengthen Cambodia's business leadership community, and support national economic development goals for 2030 and 2050.

2. Key Responsibilities

2.1 Client Recruitment and Business Development

  1. Identify and approach potential business owners, entrepreneurs, and executives who can benefit from CEO Master Club programs.
  2. Present and explain the value proposition of CEO Master Club membership and programs.
  3. Actively recruit new members to join CEO Master Club and related programs of CEO Institute.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base across industries.
  5. Participate in networking events, seminars, and business meetings to generate leads.

2.2 Client Relationship Management

  1. Maintain strong and long-term relationships with CEO Master Club members.
  2. Provide professional consultation and guidance to prospective clients.
  3. Follow up regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement.
  4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and membership activities.
  5. Act as a trusted advisor regarding programs, training, and leadership development opportunities.

2.3 Program Promotion and Marketing Support

  1. Promote CEO Master Club programs through meetings, presentations, and digital communication.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns.
  3. Introduce clients to CEO Master Club, International Business Management (IBM), Great Employee Program, and Outstanding Young Leader Development Center.
  4. Help increase the visibility and reputation of CEO Institute within the business community.

2.4 Business Intelligence and Market Insights

  1. Gather feedback from clients regarding program value and improvement opportunities.
  2. Monitor market trends and business owner needs.
  3. Provide reports and recommendations to the Executive Manager to improve recruitment strategies.

2.5 Performance and Target Achievement

  1. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual client recruitment targets.
  2. Contribute to the overall growth strategy of CEO Institute.
  3. Maintain professional discipline and high ethical standards in all client interactions.

3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  1. Number of new clients recruited
  2. Membership growth of CEO Master Club
  3. Client satisfaction and retention rate
  4. Revenue contribution from memberships and programs
  5. Expansion of professional networks and partnerships
  6. Quality of reporting and follow-up activities

4. Qualifications

Education

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Entrepreneurship, Communication, or related fields.
  2. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.

Experience

  1. Preferred: 1-5 years in sales, business development, consulting, or relationship management.
  2. Experience in corporate sales, membership organizations, training institutions, business consulting, or entrepreneurship networks is an advantage.
