A Founder’s Professional Reflection on Growth Through CEO Master Club

I first encountered CEO Institute and its community in 2017. At that time, I was deeply interested in learning alongside other entrepreneurs there. Several close friends had already joined and often shared how their leadership capacity, strategic thinking, and business results improved through the training. Unfortunately, I did not become a member then. Looking back, I recognize that delaying that decision was a missed opportunity. Had I joined in 2017, Best Solution might have reached a global standard much earlier. This reflection is not to dwell on regret, but to offer a sincere lesson to fellow small business owners in Cambodia: postponing growth often costs more than we realize.

My name is Sophara, and I am the Managing Director of Best Solution, a company specializing in live broadcasting services. I have worked in business for more than 14 years. Like many Cambodian entrepreneurs, I began from a very small starting point—with limited resources, a strong work ethic, and a vision that grew step by step. Over time, Best Solution progressed steadily to where it is today. Yet I have learned a crucial truth: a business can expand only as far as the leader’s mindset and capability expand. When we stop learning, we unconsciously place a ceiling on our company’s future.

In early 2025, I finally joined CEO Master Club. The impact on my personal development and on Best Solution has been immediate and meaningful. The training strengthened my leadership foundation, sharpened my decision‑making, and introduced new ways of thinking about systems, strategy, and growth. Most importantly, it helped me unlock fresh ideas from within myself—ideas that add real value to my company and increase our long‑term potential. CEO Master Club is not simply a membership program; it is a professional environment that challenges business owners to evolve continuously and to lead with clarity, courage, and ambition.

Experience alone is not enough to sustain growth. Many of us have built businesses through hard work and resilience, but without structured learning and a strong network, we risk becoming comfortable with “where we are.” That comfort can quietly turn into stagnation. Continuous education is what transforms effort into excellence. It empowers us to strengthen our operations, refine our vision, and scale beyond the limits of habit.

To every Cambodian small business owner: invest in your own capability before you invest further in your company. When you grow, your business grows. When Cambodian businesses grow stronger, our national economy grows stronger with them. I genuinely encourage you to consider CEO Master Club—not only as a place to learn, but as a community to help you think bigger, act smarter, and build a future that matches your ambition.

Do not wait for the “perfect time” to develop yourself. The best time is now. Let my delay be a reminder, not a pattern to repeat. Join the journey of continuous growth, and allow your business to reach the level it truly deserves.
