CEO Institute Inspires Employees to Grow, Unite and Deliver Results Through “Becoming an Outstanding Employee” Training

PHNOM PENH, Cambodia — September 26, 2026 — From 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, employees from a range of companies and institutions gathered at CEO Institute, Diamond Twin Tower, for the intensive “Becoming an Outstanding Employee” Training Program, a full-day learning experience designed to strengthen professional capacity, fighting spirit, teamwork, loyalty, responsibility and commitment to results.

Throughout the day, the training venue was filled with energy, enthusiasm and smiles as participants learned, reflected and exchanged experiences on what it truly means to become a valuable employee—not only by performing assigned duties, but also by developing the mindset, discipline and character required to contribute meaningfully to an organization’s long-term success.

The program highlighted an important principle for both employers and employees: great organizations are built by great people. “What I would like to say to my bosses and leaders is thank you for giving us, as well as the entire team at Angkor Spa, opportunities to develop our skills and learn new things.

What is especially meaningful is that our leaders create employment opportunities for women who may have limited education or professional skills. Even if they were unable to study to a high level, they are still given the opportunity to earn an income, support their families, develop valuable skills and provide meaningful experiences and services to customers.

I would also like to apologize to my bosses because sometimes, when I made a request and did not receive exactly what I wanted, I felt disappointed. At those moments, I did not always understand what challenges they were facing behind the scenes or why they could not fulfill my request.

Even when they could not give me exactly what I asked for, they still gave me advice, guidance and a path to help me solve the problem.

I am deeply thankful to our leaders for giving the seven of us this opportunity to come here, learn, develop ourselves and gain a broader understanding of the world outside our workplace.”
