CEO Institute to Host Special Seminar Inspiring Grade 12 Students to Learn, Work and Earn While Studying
PHNOM PENH, Cambodia — September 29, 2026 — CEO Institute is set to welcome Grade 12 students to a special educational seminar and campus visit designed to inspire young people to think beyond academic success and begin preparing for their future careers, financial independence, and personal growth while they are still studying.
One of the highlights of the program will be an opportunity for students to meet Ms. KEO Tithphally, a well-known content creator who has become an inspiration, idol, and role model for many young people.
Ms. KEO Tithphally, who successfully completed Cambodia’s Grade 12 national examination with a Grade B, will meet and engage with students during the special program, sharing perspectives intended to encourage young people to pursue education with purpose while also developing practical skills and preparing themselves for the realities of working life.
The special program, titled “Seminar and Study Visit at CEO Institute,” will be held under the theme:
“How to Study, Work and Earn an Income at the Same Time to Help Reduce the Financial Burden on Parents.”
The event will take place on September 29, 2026, from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon at CEO Institute.
The seminar has been designed especially for Grade 12 students who are beginning one of the most important transitions of their lives—the journey from secondary education into university, employment, entrepreneurship, and greater personal responsibility.
Rather than viewing education, work, and income generation as completely separate stages of life, the seminar will encourage students to explore how these areas can develop together.
Participants will gain new knowledge, practical guidance, and perspectives related to education, career preparation, employment, personal development, and opportunities to earn income while continuing their studies.
At the heart of the seminar is a simple but powerful message: young people do not have to wait until graduation to begin preparing for their future.
University life can be more than attending classes, completing assignments, and earning a degree. It can also become a period for building skills, gaining real-world experience, developing professional networks, discovering personal strengths, and learning how to create value for others.
For many students, learning how to generate income while studying can also represent something deeper than financial independence. It can become an expression of responsibility and gratitude toward the parents who have invested years of effort, sacrifice, and resources in their children's education.
By learning to manage education alongside productive work, students can gradually strengthen their confidence, discipline, communication skills, professional experience, and understanding of the real world.
The seminar will therefore encourage participants to ask important questions about their futures:
How can they make their years of study more meaningful?
What skills should they begin developing today?
How can they gain work experience without abandoning their education?
And how can they gradually become capable young adults who contribute not only to themselves, but also to their families and society?
Meeting role models such as KEO Tithphally is expected to add another dimension to the experience, demonstrating to students that academic achievement can be combined with creativity, communication, personal branding, work experience, and continuous self-development.
For Grade 12 students standing at the doorway of a new chapter, the program offers more than a seminar. It offers an opportunity to broaden their vision of what education can become.
A certificate may open a door—but knowledge, skills, experience, character, discipline, and the courage to begin early can determine how far a young person ultimately travels.
CEO Institute invites Grade 12 students to participate in this special morning of learning, inspiration, career orientation, and personal discovery.
Students are warmly encouraged to join in large numbers, meet new people, gain new perspectives, and begin designing a future in which learning, working, and growing can happen together.
And perhaps, as the program’s warm invitation reminds participants:
“If destiny brings us together, we will meet.”
