“The most meaningful lesson I received during these two days was learning to give love.

I realized that, somewhere along the way, I had almost forgotten how to truly express love—especially to the people in my own family. If I had not come to this training, I might never have recognized how much I had forgotten.

I also discovered that I had been carrying many negative emotions inside me for a long time. I had never truly released them. I kept thinking too much, keeping everything inside, believing other people were wrong, judging them, and allowing those thoughts to become heavier and heavier.

But through this training, I began to understand that many of those ‘demons’ were actually living inside my own mind.

I learned how to recognize them.

I learned how to let them go.

I learned how to stop carrying unnecessary emotional burdens with me.

Today, I know that I can do it. I can cut myself free from those negative patterns—and I now feel confident that I can even help others learn how to do the same.”
