600 People. One Heart. One Mission. — Khmer Must Be Strong!
Unity • Standards • Capability
A powerful moment of unity, determination, and national aspiration came to life as 600 participants gathered with one heart and one shared mission for the official launch of the “Khmer Must Be Strong” Campaign on 7 February 2026, an initiative of the CEO Institute.
The many hands raised together were more than a gesture. They represented a collective commitment—a declaration of confidence, responsibility, and determination to contribute to a stronger Cambodia.
They carried a powerful message:
“Khmer will no longer accept weakness as our destiny. We will strengthen ourselves, strengthen our businesses, and strengthen our nation.”
600 People. One Heart. One Mission.
The launch demonstrated what becomes possible when people unite around a meaningful national purpose. Entrepreneurs, business leaders, professionals, young people, and citizens came together not merely as participants in an event, but as individuals who believe that Cambodia's future can be shaped through collective action.
At the heart of the Khmer Must Be Strong Campaign are three fundamental pillars:
Unity. Standards. Capability.
Unity reminds us that lasting national progress cannot be achieved by individuals working in isolation. When Cambodians support one another, collaborate, share opportunities, and move toward common goals, our collective strength multiplies.
Standards remind us that ambition alone is not enough. Cambodian businesses, products, services, professionals, and institutions must continuously raise their standards if they are to earn trust, compete effectively, and succeed in an increasingly interconnected world.
Capability is the foundation that transforms aspiration into achievement. Stronger knowledge, leadership, professional skills, entrepreneurship, management capacity, and human capital empower people not simply to respond to change, but to create opportunities from it.
Becoming Cambodia’s “Economic Army”
A country is strengthened not only by those who protect its territory, but also by those who build its economy.
Every entrepreneur who creates a sustainable enterprise, every business owner who generates employment, every professional who raises the quality of their work, every producer who improves Cambodian products, and every young person who develops the knowledge and skills needed for the future can become part of Cambodia’s “Economic Army.”
This is not an army built for conflict.
It is an army built for development, competitiveness, innovation, opportunity, and prosperity.
Its strength comes from knowledge.
Its discipline comes from standards.
Its power comes from unity.
And its mission is to help build a stronger Cambodia.
From a Campaign to a Collective Movement
The official launch on 7 February 2026 was not intended to be an ending. It marked the beginning of a broader journey.
The image of 600 people raising their hands together represents something larger than a single gathering. It reflects a belief that national transformation begins when individuals decide to transform themselves—when business owners improve their enterprises, leaders strengthen their capabilities, professionals raise their standards, and citizens recognize that they each have a role to play in Cambodia’s future.
Cambodia cannot become stronger through hope alone.
A stronger Cambodia requires stronger people.
Stronger people build stronger organizations.
Stronger organizations build a stronger economy.
And a stronger economy creates greater possibilities for future generations.
That is why “Khmer Must Be Strong” is more than a slogan. It is a call for responsibility, continuous development, collaboration, and action.
The Journey Continues
600 people. One heart. One mission.
The first gathering has already demonstrated the power of unity. Now, the mission must continue—through future events, partnerships, learning, entrepreneurship, business development, and collective contribution.
To every Cambodian entrepreneur, professional, leader, student, and citizen who believes in the potential of our nation:
This mission belongs to all of us.
Let us strengthen our capabilities.
Let us raise our standards.
Let us unite our strengths.
Let us become part of Cambodia’s Economic Army.
And together, let us transform the words “Khmer Must Be Strong” from a national aspiration into a reality that future generations can inherit with pride.
Khmer Must Be Strong! 🇰🇭
